We predominately recruit graduates with previous experience in hospitality who have excellent communication skills and possess a strong personality.
We utilise a combination of referrals and partnerships with restaurant groups, universities (graduate programmes), academies and a range of premium portals and publications that allow us to attract the highest calibre of candidate in high volume.

We train in small personable groups (no more than 5) creating a focused and detailed account of all forms of hospitality service.
